Common terms used in AWEC.

  • Apply: Commit filter changes to refresh data.
  • Activities: Tasks under an Output that consume budget and have progress.
  • Activity Indicator: Metric used to track progress for an activity.
  • Carry-over: Remaining leave that moves into the next period per policy.
  • CFM: Complaints & Feedback Mechanism.
  • Closure: Finalization phase where documents and reports are archived.
  • Execution: Implementation sub-phase where Outcomes/Outputs/Activities are managed.
  • Gantt: A timeline view of planned vs actual activity durations.
  • Indicator: A measurable metric tracked across time and disaggregations.
  • Initiation: Early phase to define project info, stakeholders, and context.
  • M&E: Monitoring and Evaluation—framework for measuring results and learning.
  • Monthly Progress Report (MPR): A compiled report summarizing monthly activity progress and budget utilization.
  • Outcomes: Higher-level results that Outputs contribute to.
  • Output: A deliverable produced by completing a set of Activities.
  • Planning: Phase to prepare documents and plans before execution.
  • Rows fallback: Rendering charts from detailed rows when summaries are empty.
