Surveys

Create internal surveys and analyze responses.

Who can access

  • Users with “Survey menu” and related permissions: “Survey can survey”, “Survey can view results”.

Create and manage surveys

  1. HR → Surveys → Surveys.
  2. New survey: title, description, open/close dates.
  3. Add questions (single choice, multiple choice, scale, text).
  4. Publish and share link or assign to audience.

View results

  1. HR → Surveys → View Results.
  2. Filter by survey and date.
  3. Inspect charts and export if available.

Tips

  • Keep surveys short to improve completion rate.
  • Pilot with a small group before organization-wide release.

Troubleshooting

  • No responses visible: check date range, audience, or survey status.
  • Missing question types: check permissions or template configuration.
