M&E Plan

Manage M&E Plans: filter, export, create/edit, and view detailed plan information with attachments.

Export and filters (list page)

  • Export: Button in the header exports filtered plans.
  • Filters (debounced):
    • Status: Not started, Ongoing, Delayed, Complete, Upcoming
    • Project: list of projects
    • Province and District: cascading (districts filter by selected province)
  • Add Plan: Opens the create modal if you have permission.

Table columns (list page)

  • : internal id

  • Project
  • Meal Activity
  • Project Activity
  • Indicator
  • Deadline
  • Lead
  • TOR (Yes/No badge)
  • Tool (Yes/No badge)
  • Status (badge with color)
  • Timeline (start - end)

  • Actions (Edit/Delete/View)

Status badges

  • Not started → gray
  • Ongoing → info (blue)
  • Delayed → warning (amber)
  • Complete → success (green)
  • Upcoming → primary (indigo/blue)

Actions menu

  • Edit: Opens the plan form in a modal.
  • Delete: Opens a confirmation modal.
  • View: Navigates to the plan details page.

Create/Edit Plan (modal)

  • Large modal with form fields (included via livewire.me.component.plan-form).
  • Submit to save; validation errors display inline.

Plan Details page

From the list, click View to open full details (see me-plan-view.blade.php).

Geography

  • Provinces: shown as badges
  • Districts: shown as badges

Attachments

  • Grouped by Type: TOR, Tool, Final Report
  • If no attachments exist, a friendly empty state is shown.

Notes

  • Pagination controls are at the bottom of the list page.
  • Downloads are served from the public storage disk.
  • Dashboards visualize progress against targets.
  • Exports provide indicator datasets for analysis.
