Messenger

Chat with colleagues individually or in groups.

Direct chats

1. Open Messenger.
2. Select a person from Unread or All Users.
3. Type your message and send.
4. For a conversation action, click the 3-dots on the user row → Delete Chat History (soft delete).

Groups

1. Select a group under Groups.
2. Send messages to all members.
3. Use group settings (if available) to manage members or history.

Notes

• Deleting chat history is a soft delete—your view no longer shows the messages; other participants are unaffected.
